Gator Bites

1 lb Alligator meat cut into small nuggets
Cooking oil
Milk
Corn flour
4 Eggs beaten
Hot sauce
Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning
Method
Soak gator meat overnight, in milk just enough to cover the gator meat. Take the gator meat out of the milk and pat dry with paper towels. Season meat with Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning. Heat oil to 350 degrees. Then season flour with Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning. Roll gator in flour, then add to beaten eggs. Return gator back to flour and coat it well. Place in heated oil and fry until it is golden brown and crispy. Take gator out of the oil, and place on paper towels. Let sit for 5 minutes. Dip in your favorite dipping sauce. Eat and enjoy!!!
