Kyle Blanchard is the founder and head cook for Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning/Cooking Team. He lives on the bayou in Pierre Part, Louisiana. When he’s not cooking us some new recipe’s for his seasoning he fishes in the summer and work sugar cane during grinding season.
